Vaden: Don’t be a “Should Head”

   This month, Brian England, from Young Auto Mall, led our Sales Training Workshop on Understanding the Lease. Brian shared a few of Rory Vaden's principles on commitment and attitude during the workshop. Vaden's statement, "Don't be a 'Should Head'," resonated with much of the group so we want to share it with you today. 

   In Vaden's blog post, "Improving Self-Discipline & How to Do Things You Don’t Want to Do – Part 4," he addresses the idea of being a "Should Head" as it relates to self-discipline and doing things we know we should be doing. We encourage you to read this and consider how your thinking impacts your ability to be successful, both personally and professionally.
