Going above and beyond at Young Chevy

Here a Young Chevy you will always hear Barb Little walking around telling us that “You need to own the customers around you whether or not they are your customers. You need to make it the best experience possible.”

Aside from the normal, “Can I get you something to drink.” I overheard a unique exchange where some customers were urgently in need of a ride and Barb not only offered them a ride but also the keys to her own equinox she had just purchased. I was blown away by the selfless act and a great example of exceptional customer service.
