Assumptive Goal Setting

man-318584_640We turn our dreams into reality by setting goals. Many people are able to set goals, but they may struggle with how to reach those goals. Your new goals often seem a long way off, especially when compared with where you currently are. The process of Assumptive Goal Setting will help you reach your goals. 

When you do Assumptive Goal Setting with your team, it will generate creative energy and a positive commitment. If you and your teams create and share goals, you can all encourage each other and hold the team accountable. Plus, each person will become more personally committed to making it happen and the team will become more united toward your common goals.
